Heidi, Thanks for your great work, I admire your dedication!

I see you are publishing on both AreaVoices, and WordPress.com . Some comments on some posts are different, but; on your first post, I see the comments, and, even the time-stamp are identical on both blogs! How do you do that? I’ve heard of software such as “Live Writer”, and “Scribe Fire” that can publish content simultaneously to multiple blogs.

You recently changed to full posts on the blogs “front” view (but; only on Area Voices), thanks, the “continue reading” links were bothersome! It involves more scrolling, but, I think it would be even better to have 20 posts on your blogs “font”. I listed some suggestions on Community.AreaVoices.com/2011/05/24/the-dos-and-donts-of-blogging-2/#comment-5233 , but; anyway, you’re doing quite well!

Wisconsin should be a state of fair opportunity, and, progressives such as “Fighting” Bob LaFollette, are what we need more of. Thank you for being a strong “Wisconsin Voice” :)

    Hi Heidi,

As an influential blog in North Dakota I thought you could help bring an issue facing ND to light to your readers.

Next Thursday, March 21, the North Dakota House is having a hearing on HB 1192, legislation that needs to be opposed, unless amended to preserve balance in the ND auto marketplace and protect consumers.

HB 1192 is an overreaching govt. intrusion into private business relationships between automobile manufacturers & dealers. The bill, if passed, would unfairly give car and truck dealers’ broad new powers to limit competition & ultimately harm consumers.

The legislation stipulates that only new vehicle dealers would be authorized to perform warranty repairs. This would be an incentive to dealers to raise their non-warranty retail prices for labor and parts, and costing consumers.

We need to encourage ND residents to call the State Capital TODAY at 701-328-3373 and tell them to vote NO on HB 1192 on Thursday, March 21.

Please help me spread the word on this, and let me know what I can do to help.

    Thank you!
